Ibetmy Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and ibetmy ("Platform", "We"). This agreement takes effect as soon as you begin using any service offered by ibetmy, whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel.

Ibetmy reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you are always reading the latest version.

Use of the ibetmy platform is limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 18 or above at the time of registration
• Not residing in a country or region that prohibits online betting activity
• Not currently declared bankrupt or under financial supervision
• Registering in a personal capacity and not as a representative of any company or third party
• Not previously banned from using the ibetmy platform

Ibetmy takes child protection seriously. Should the platform identify a user under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all balances in that account will not be refunded.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on ibetmy. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of any balances or bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. This includes:

• Full name as shown on your official identification document
• Exact date of birth
• An active email address used solely by you
• A valid Malaysia phone number
• Bank or digital wallet details for withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. ibetmy will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your own failure to keep your password confidential.

Ibetmy accepts deposits via a variety of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Deposit terms you need to know:

• Minimum deposit is MYR 10 for FPX and e-wallets
• All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider
• Ibetmy does not charge any processing fees on deposits
• Deposited funds may not be used by third parties

For withdrawals, processing times range from 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method chosen and time of request. Withdrawals made on business days between 9 AM and 10 PM are typically processed faster.

• Minimum withdrawal is MYR 30
• KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved
• Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Ibetmy reserves the right to request proof of source of funds if a withdrawal exceeds a certain threshold

All bonuses and promotions offered by ibetmy are subject to specific terms of use. Accepting any bonus is considered your agreement to the specific terms of that bonus.

General terms that apply to all ibetmy bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to other users
• Ibetmy reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through illegitimate means or system exploitation
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the relevant promotion terms
• In the event of a conflict between the general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence

Ibetmy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice if there is evidence of system abuse or exceptional circumstances affecting platform operations.

All games available on the ibetmy platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified and audited by an independent certification body. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including ibetmy itself.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ibetmy platform:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or any tool that enables automated gameplay
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system for unfair advantage
• Player collusion in multiplayer games
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geolocation systems
• Any form of fraud or misrepresentation of account information

Ibetmy reserves the right to void bets, withhold payouts, or suspend accounts where there is evidence of activity that violates these rules. ibetmy's decision in such matters is final.

Ibetmy collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Data collection is limited to information necessary for platform operations and legal compliance.

The data we collect is used for:

Ibetmy reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any Terms and Conditions stated in this document
• Fraud, misrepresentation of information, or illegal activity

• Activities suspected of being related to money laundering
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system

Users may close their own account at any time through the account settings section or by contacting ibetmy customer support. For accounts closed at the user's request, any remaining balance (after deducting ineligible bonuses) will be returned within 3–7 business days.

Ibetmy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance or technical issues
• Wagering losses incurred by users
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's own negligence
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing due to third-party issues (banks, e-wallets)

Ibetmy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the ibetmy website.
