Account & Registration

Registering with ibetmy is free and takes under 2 minutes. Go to the Register, enter your username, active Malaysia phone number, email address, and preferred password. After submitting your details, you will receive an OTP code via SMS. Enter the code to verify your account. Your account will be activated immediately and you can make your first deposit.

The minimum age to register and play at ibetmy is 18. This is a strict policy with no exceptions for anyone. All members must complete an identity verification (KYC) process before their first withdrawal, and any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately.

No. Each individual is only allowed one ibetmy account. Owning multiple accounts using different names, phone numbers, emails, or devices is a violation of ibetmy's Terms and Conditions. If our system detects duplicate accounts, all related accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited. If you're having issues with an existing account, contact our support team for assistance.

Log in to your ibetmy account and go to "Account Settings". You can update your email address or phone number there. The process requires identity verification to ensure only you can make changes. Go to the Login and click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered email or phone number and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. For KYC, you'll need to submit a clear photo of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or a valid passport. In some cases, you may also be asked to submit a selfie with your identity document for further verification. All documents are fully encrypted and used solely for verification purposes. KYC is typically approved within 24 business hours.
Deposits & Payments

Don't panic. This can happen due to a temporary technical issue. First, check whether the funds have been returned to your bank account or e-wallet within 1–24 hours (automatic recovery time varies by bank). If no refund appears, contact ibetmy support via live chat and provide: your account number, transaction amount, date and time, and the reference number from your bank or e-wallet.
Withdrawal

ibetmy withdrawals for KYC-verified members are processed within 5–15 minutes for e-wallets (TNG eWallet, Boost) and 15–60 minutes for bank transfers. This applies during normal operating hours. Withdrawals requested outside bank operating hours (overnight or on public holidays) may take slightly longer depending on the respective bank's processing time.

The minimum withdrawal at ibetmy is MYR 30. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your VIP level — the higher your VIP level, the higher your daily withdrawal limit. Standard members have a fixed withdrawal limit, while Platinum VIP members and above enjoy significantly higher limits. Check the VIP for full details.

Withdrawals can be rejected or delayed for several reasons: (1) KYC incomplete or documents invalid, (2) bonus rollover requirements not yet met, (3) bank account details do not match the name registered with ibetmy, (4) withdrawal request exceeds the daily limit, or (5) the account requires additional security review. Contact ibetmy support to find out the specific reason for your account's rejection.

No. ibetmy's policy requires all withdrawals to be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your ibetmy account. This is an important security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. Make sure your bank account name exactly matches the name you used when registering with ibetmy.

ibetmy does not charge withdrawal fees for the first request each day. However, additional withdrawal requests on the same day may incur a small handling fee. This fee will be clearly displayed before you confirm your withdrawal request.
Bonuses & Promotions

Rollover is the total wagering amount you need to reach before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a MYR 50 bonus with a 20x rollover requirement, you need to place bets totalling MYR 1,000 (MYR 50 × 20) before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement for each bonus is stated on the Promotions.

After registering a new ibetmy account and making your first deposit, log in to your account and go to the "Promotions" section. Select the welcome bonus offer you want and click "Claim". The bonus will be credited to your account within minutes. Make sure you deposit within the specified timeframe (usually within the first 7 days after registration) to be eligible.

Generally, you can only activate one bonus at a time. If you already have an active bonus with an unmet rollover requirement, you'll need to complete it before claiming a new one. However, certain special promotions can be combined — details are stated in each promotion's terms on the Promotions.

Yes, you can cancel an active bonus through the "Active Promotions" section in your account. However, once a bonus is cancelled, any winnings earned using that bonus funds will also be forfeited. Log in to your ibetmy account and go to "Account Settings", then "Security". You'll find the option to enable 2FA via SMS verification. Once activated, every time you log in from a new device, an OTP will be sent to your registered phone number as an extra layer of protection. We strongly encourage all members to enable this feature.

To permanently delete your account, contact ibetmy customer support via live chat. Before deletion, make sure you have withdrawn all remaining balances. The deletion process takes 30 days, during which your account will first be suspended. Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with ibetmy's privacy policy and applicable legal requirements.

With 2FA enabled, someone who only knows your password still cannot log in because they would also need access to your registered phone for the OTP code. Without 2FA, anyone who knows your password can attempt to log in, although ibetmy's system will detect logins from new devices and send you an alert. Make sure you enable 2FA and never share your password with anyone.
